Cosmopolitan living and
retail in the heart of Burwood

On behalf of Burwood Council, Planning Ingenuity was engaged as an independent consultant to carry out assessment of a $100 million development proposal for a high density mixed use development comprising 3 residential towers with 222 residential units and 8,700m2 of commercial/retail space. The project features a landscaped pedestrian through site link activated with new retail frontages, street dining and public domain works to provide a pedestrian link within the heart of Burwood Town Centre. Our firm reported to the Sydney East Joint Regional Planning Panel following extensive consideration of urban design issues, a VPA and detailed consultation with the applicant. Approval was granted by the Join Regional Planning Panel on 28 March 2013. The development was completed in April 2016.
