Art deco heritage building revitalized
for residential and commercial purposes
in the heart of Cronulla
Planning Ingenuity worked closely with the project team for this development to achieve a quality adaptive re-use of this heritage listed, art deco building, formerly occupied by the Commonwealth Bank. Team collaboration and detailed analysis of the site location and intrinsic heritage value of the building have resulted in a superior building conversion and restoration to provide a quality residential accommodation, office and commercial development within the centre of Cronulla.
