Engaging with a large team of consultants Planning Ingenuity and Meriton were successful in gaining development approval for this large scale mixed use development which has become the heart of the Mascot Station Precinct. Over several building ranging in size from 4 to 14 storeys, the development includes some 1,200 units, a supermarket and dedication of public parking, specialty retail shops, a child care center, extensive areas of communal open space and a dedicated public through site link that connects the western side of Mascot Station Precinct with the Train Station.
