Jannali by Rothelowman
Working with Rothelowman Architects and a specialist team of consultants, Planning Ingenuity has provided ongoing advice to guide the planning process of the project from pre-development advice, through to design development, preparation of the Statement of Environmental Effects and ongoing liaison with Sutherland Shire Council. The project is situated on the periphery of the Jannali centre and seeks to redevelop a prominent corner site into a 5 storey apartment building, the first of this scale within the locality under the Sutherland Shire LEP 2015. This has resulted in an innovative scheme which responds to its context and respects the natural features of the site, whilst also achieving a high quality designed development with considerable aesthetic appeal and internal amenity for future residents. Planning Ingenuity represented the project to the Sydney Planning Panel and gained support for the 64 apartment scheme.
