Aged Care development—North Turramurra
Planning Ingenuity with the assistance of a large multi-disciplinary team were able to secure development approval for redevelopment for this challenging site. The site is bushfire prone, has ecological significance, small areas of contamination, heritage items and an existing outdated dementia care facility. Approval was eventually secured via the NSW Land & Environment Court for complete redevelopment of the existing dementia care facility, including heritage restoration works, removal of exotic vegetation and significantly improved capacity of the building to withstand bushfire attack.
