Contemporary apartment development

Planning Ingenuity and the project team obtained development consent from Sutherland Shire Council for a 6 residential apartment development within Sutherland’s high density residential zone. The project sets a new benchmark for contemporary design in the locality with many of the apartments are designed to capture northern sunlight and/or oriented to take advantage of sweeping views of the Royal National Park. The proposal will provide an improved pedestrian connection and public domain works fronting the site in accordance with Council’s strategic vision.
