Working with Town Owen Partners and numerous specialist consultants, Planning Ingenuity successfully managed the planning process from project inception and initial advice through to approval by Sutherland Shire Council, gaining development consent for 20 townhouses and 2 basement parking levels within a highly constrained waterfront locality. The scheme tackled a difficult site shape and topography as well as environmental issues and irregular foreshore building line challenges. The outcome is a high quality architecturally designed development with considerable aesthetic appeal and internal amenity. The development is under construction and due for completion on August 2017.
