Planning Ingenuity provided Pre-DA development advice and prepared a Statement of Environmental Effects for redevelopment of the site for two five storey residential flat buildings in the Caringbah North Precinct. Designed by Marchesepartners, The Madison is one of the first developments to be approved in the Caringbah North Precinct and will become an exemplary high rise residential community close to the centre, schools and hospital, set in a landscaped context.
