Working with KannFinch and Urban Possible (Architects in Collaboration) and numerous specialist consultants, Planning Ingenuity successfully managed the planning process from project inception and initial advice through to approval by the district Planning Panel, gaining development consent for redevelopment of a large site for two, eight storey residential flat buildings in Sydney’s south. Palisade is located within walking distance of the retail centre of Miranda and was one of the first developments to be approved in the Pinnacle Street Precinct. Palisade is an elegantly designed high rise development focused on indoor-outdoor living, providing high quality amenities including a communal swimming pool and gym.
