Golf course living on the
edge of the Georges River
This project was one of the first ‘Planning Proposals’ for rezoning of land submitted under the new ‘Gateway’ process. Following extensive consultation with State Government Authorities, Council and the community, our firm coordinated several environmental consultants to manage constraints of flooding, threatened fauna and flora, site contamination and traffic. The Planning Proposal will allow for the remodelling of the existing Golf Course, preservation of remnant bushland and critical native habitat, management of flood waters and the creation of approximately 650 Torrens Title Lots for residential development.
