Town planning advice in
relation to supermarket
redevelopments

Planning Ingenuity were engaged to provide preliminary town planning advice in connection with the proposed redevelopment of a series of ISTP held supermarkets situated in regional locations including Blue Mountains, Gosford and Wyong. In each case, Planning Ingenuity investigated consent history and site constraints, provided an analysis of applicable State and Local planning controls and identified project risks and opportunities. Subsequently Planning Ingenuity coordinated and attended pre-lodgement discussions with respective council, followed by preparing development applications for large scale redevelopments.
