Westmead Health and Medical Precinct
Planning Ingenuity was engaged by Government Property NSW (GPNSW) to undertake due diligence investigations to identify potential planning opportunities for redevelopment of the subject site and an appraisal of planning risks and processes associated with any such development. The subject site is part of the Westmead Health and Medical Precinct and more specifically contained the Marsden Centre, a large residential care centre operations by the NSW Department of Ageing, Disability and Home Care (ADHC). Planning Ingenuity led a multi-disciplinary team of consultants to prepare a planning analysis and options report to identify planning strategies for the site in a strategic planning context.
