Marina Expansion - Environmental Assessment (Part 3A)
Planning Ingenuity project managed a large team of consultants to gain approval for this Part 3A Project Application involving expansion of the existing marina at St George Motor Boat Club to meet the growing demand for berthing accommodation within southern Sydney. Expanding the capacity to accommodate a total of 229 berths and 238 parking spaces, the application dealt with complex environmental issues, visual amenity and noise impacts and involved extensive consultation with the local community, Council and State Government agencies.
