Mount Annan Child Care Centre
Planning Ingenuity joined the project team, led by WINIM Developments and McNally Architects, to provide Pre DA advice and prepare a Statement of Environmental Effects for redevelopment of the site for a new 120 place child care centre to service the growing suburb of Mount Annan and surrounds. Our firm worked with a group of specialist consultants to address sensitivities of the site location, culminating in representation to a Council meeting where approval was granted.
