Mixed use development providing health
services facilities and residential accommodation
Planning Ingenuity and the project team gained development consent from Sutherland Shire Council for a mixed use development comprising health services facilities and 5 storeys of residential apartments above the Caringbah Medical Precinct. This will be one of the first developments within the Medical Precinct established under the Sutherland Shire LEP 2015 and will promote economic growth for Sutherland Shire through synergies with the existing medical facilities of Sutherland and Kareena Hospitals.
