Double Bay Day Hospital
Planning Ingenuity has provided town planning services and prepared a Statement of Environmental Effects for the fit-out and change of use for a medical facility within the recently completed mixed use development Kiaora Place, Double Bay. The project was designed by Anthony Vavayis and Associates and features a state of the art endoscopy centre. The day hospital is a part of the award winning Kiaora Place, which won the Urban Taskforce Development Excellence Award for best Australian Retail Development 2016.
