Caitlin became part of Planning Ingenuity in 2022 as a part-time Assistant Planner while completing her studies at Macquarie University. Now a graduate, she has stepped into a full-time Planner role. Throughout her time with the team, Caitlin has gained practical experience in preliminary analysis, planning advice, SEE preparation, and assessment of development applications. She looks forward to broadening her expertise in the NSW planning system and gaining experience across a wide variety of development projects.
