Kaitlin joined Planning Ingenuity in 2025 with 8 years of experience in town planning across local government and private consultancy. She provides expert advice on a wide range of statutory and strategic planning projects and has contributed to a range of key planning documents such as Local Environmental Plans, Development Control Plans, Planning Proposals and technical documents, including Plan of Management, Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) and Land Use Conflict Risk Assessment (LUCRA).
Kaitlin combines strong project management instincts with clear, thoughtful communication, helping clients and stakeholders navigate complexity to reach their desired outcomes. Her experience across various aspects and stages of the planning system provides her with a well-developed understanding of beginning-to-end process to assist clients from concept to delivery. Kaitlin is a member of the Planning Institute of Australia and member of the Emerging Planners Committee.
