Nicole Askew

Principal Planner

Nicole has over 30 years of experience in statutory planning and building certification, primarily within the public sector across a variety of local government areas. She has conducted a wide range of assessments, including city centre developments, foreshore interfaces, and growth areas, and possesses extensive expertise in residential, commercial, and industrial developments, as well as centre-based childcare, places of worship, and community facilities. Nicole has presented to Local and Regional Panels and is a recognised expert in the Land and Environment Court.

She holds a Postgraduate qualification in Planning from the University of Technology Sydney, a Diploma of Health and Building Surveying from the Institute of Technology, and a Certificate IV in Frontline Management. She has also completed the University of Technology course in Bushfire Protection and Planning for Local Government.
